With over 15 years of industry experience, she is trusted for her expert eye, clinical precision and calm, reassuring manner — earning her a reputation as the go-to practitioner for results that never look overdone.
Terri is an advanced therapist and facial specialist with over 20 years of industry experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge, skill and care to every treatment she delivers. With skin health at the core of her work, Terri is known for her thoughtful approach and her ability to make clients feel completely at ease.
Trained by Elemis, Terri is particularly recognised for her exceptional facial massage technique, combining technical expertise with a deeply relaxing, holistic style of treatment. She also specialises in semi-permanent makeup, where her precision, artistic eye and attention to detail allow her to create beautifully refined, natural-looking results tailored to each individual.

Chelsea is our Clinic Manager and a central part of the Cosmetology Liverpool team, overseeing day-to-day operations, client enquiries, bookings and our online presence with professionalism and care. She plays a key role in ensuring every client experience is smooth, informed and consistently high-quality.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Chelsea is highly trained in laser treatments, providing laser hair removal and specialist facial treatments with confidence and attention to detail. In 2024, she qualified as a phlebotomist and is responsible for delivering our blood testing services, working to strict clinical protocols.
Chelsea also provides IV nutritional therapy, supporting clients’ health and wellbeing as part of our wider medical-led services. Her combination of leadership, clinical skill and client care makes her an invaluable member of the Cosmetology Liverpool team.
We are delighted to have Dr Fiona McRae MB ChB FRCA as part of the Cosmetology Liverpool team. With a distinguished medical career spanning general practice and surgery, Dr Fiona now focuses her work on hormonal health, wellbeing and preventative medicine.
She offers private consultations for hormone imbalance, medically guided weight loss and medical aesthetics, delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual.
Dr Fiona is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Institute of Functional Medicine. She holds a Level 7 Diploma in Diet and Nutrition, a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University, and has undertaken training in Option Process counselling, bringing a truly holistic and compassionate perspective to her medical practice
Faye is the newest member of the Cosmetology Liverpool team and a highly trained advanced therapist with a strong foundation in modern skin and aesthetic treatments. She brings a fresh, attentive approach to client care, combining technical skill with a calm, reassuring manner.
Faye provides a range of advanced treatments including facial treatments, laser procedures, plasma pen and HIFU, delivering each treatment with precision and care. Her commitment to ongoing training and high clinical standards ensures clients receive safe, effective treatments with beautifully considered results.
